Things I have learnt since I last posted…

1. The lady with the dogs is playing hard ball. The court documents have been filed and she ain’t moving. I might have to take up some of your ideas before too long.

2. The man and I share a very similiar inability to keep a straight face at certain times. Such as when the wandering photographer at the hotel this week tried to get us to pose for a ‘holiday photo’ looking lovingly into each others eyes. It didn’t work. 

3. The bathrooms at the Cabinet Office have the best toilet paper to be found anywhere in the civil service.

4. Sandals is not a good place to be on your own. The man was playing a golf tournament so I stayed at the hotel on my own for the morning. I got lots of sympathetic looks for staff and other guests when I had breakfast alone – I think they assumed that I had had an argument with my partner!

5. Tessanne is a really good performer. I always knew she could sing (she used to back Jimmy Cliff and was good at that), but Sunday was the frist time I’ve seen her perform alone and she rocked.

I’m sure I’ve learnt other things but those are the main ones for me to share with you at this point in time!
